your order we will send you an email to notify you of this.
When your order has been shipped, we will send you another

How
long does my order take to process?
In nearly all cases, your order
will be completed and shipped by the following business
day. The only exceptions are usually caused by errors
made in completing the consultation form. For this
reason, please check your order carefully.

can't get my consultation to submit.
There are two possible causes for
this problem
- Web TV users cannot use our ordering
system, because the console used by Web TV will not
process the programming needed to complete the
consultation. The makers of Web TV are aware of this
type of incompatibility.
- Our system uses 128 bit encryption to
protect your privacy. If you do not have this
enhanced security installed with your browser, you will
not be able to complete the consultation form. AOL

Are
these the "real" medications?
Yes, unlike many online companies
in similar businesses as us, we are a United States based
company. All of our medications are the exact
medications approved for use by the FDA. We never
substitute medications. If you wish to receive generic
medication, then you must order the generic version.

if my request is denied?
If for any reason the physician
declines your request, you will receive a full refund of
your charges. We will notify you that your request has
been denied and in some cases our physician may recommend a
different treatment or refer you to a facility that can
offer you more appropriate care for your specific condition
or illness.

don't see the medication I want to order.
If you do not see the medication
you wish to order, we have not yet added it to our
list. Because we wish to provide you with only the
safest care possible, we are a little slow about providing
new medications. In order to place a new medication on
this website, it must be approved by our entire team of
physicians and pharmacists.

What
is the return policy?
There are several federal
regulations which could apply to this question. We adhere to
all regulations which apply to our business. In accordance
with these regulations, we make no guarantees as to the
effectiveness of any medications obtained through our
website. We only provide medications which the FDA has
approved for the treatment of illnesses associated with each
medication. For your safety it is against FDA
regulations for us to accept the return of prescription
medications.
I
don't see my state or country.
If your state is not listed in the
order form it is because we are currently not providing
services for residents of your state. At the present
we also do not ship outside the United States.
